an overweight woman who still feels beautiful is very admirable. some of the stereotypes that have been written before mine are ridiculous.
 it seems like half the people on this website think anyone who is overweight sits around all day, never gets off their ass, and only moves when they want to go from the couch to the fridge. this is so far from the truth, and i feel the need to set the record straight. most overweight woman... AND men... are normal people walking around living their lives just like anyone else. i'm sure many would be surprised to see the eating habits of an overweight person. it isn't necessarily a person who sits around eating McDonalds all day, so you best get that out of your head.
  i have forced myself to look beyond magazines and the like for answers on what society expects out of me and others no matter wut sizes we each are, and i realize that unconventional and non-traditional can also have beauty in it.
 saying that bbw are a joke because fat is ugly is pointless. the fact that you or everyone on the face of the earth finds them disgusting is not going to make a difference.
 the fact that they are able to rise above that and still feel beautiful is something to be admired.

1. Complaining breeds disgust in those below you:

How many times have I been told this, read it, wrote it down and taped it the hell up on my wall in front of me, prayed for it, meditated for it and wished for my complaining to cease? 

I have done it forever, now I am just going to do it. 

"When an employee or subordinate hears you complain about anything, whether it’s today’s traffic or the deadline you’re struggling to hit, it places unnecessary weight upon their shoulders and builds contempt in the hearts of everyone who follows you."

 The only thing complaining does is convince other people that you are not in control. 

(This is true cause when I complain then I am like pretty much handing over the weight to whoever is around me because it is too much for me to handle for right now and I just need help.However, sometimes people do need help but there are other ways to go about that help and still be the one who is in charge at all times. )

 

2. Speak to people how they need to hear it, not how you want to say it.

 This makes complete sense to me especially when I am in charge of a group of kids, or when I have had to teach older citizens than me here. Especially though when working with people around my age though or maybe even a little bit older, I seem to fall prey to that "baby shit" that people complain and tell me to stop doing but have like this mentality to keep doing. Well, in my therapy I was able to see how I sounded and it was pretty bad lol.. but it was the craziest thing I have ever seen BUT there were no tears like usual and typical of me which my therapist said she had taken note of and is also the reason why I am typing this in now. Like I have a lot of work to do on that, BUT I have noticed that more of the supervisors look at me more now as a leader now because they were asking me to do more than ever before at the center and not only that, I do get tasks done a lot quicker and I don't always have to ask the people around me for help like 40 hours a day! Anyway, I KNOW I was annoying as fuck as a child, but had I have known about this fucking shit going on inside of my head then I could have been able to take medication which would have been monitored even closer. But, my mom does not believe in medication and she didn't want it to hinder my body, or my health, or have a potential to become sterile, etc. it's what had happened to my damn aunt and the meds fucked her up at a early age like around 16 cause she was like going around tearing up phone lines and shit which was freaky af, but anyway, she did become sterile and today, still to this day, it's weird cause even though she was the valedictorian of her school, she LITERALLY never leaves her home for anything. She's not a hoarder, not a drinker or a smoker, not OCD or batshit hyper like me and/or moody like me either. She'll show me her paintings and sometimes my mom too. We are the only ones though cause all the other family members after her mom had died make fun of her - so shekind of just "shuts down" whenever they come around.

Having a fling with my mate at only one time when I was out of town for whatever the case may be would not be cool. I mean I say this because of course both of us would expect loyalty and trust from each other. How do I then be able to look my mate into their eyes as time goes on and not say anything? I think not telling them "the situation" and the " and see what had happened was"  would like even further entice me to go ahead and either commit that same immoral act again, or to even venture out even more to even more broader hurtful acts that I would be aware would hurt them but I was doing it anyway. Well, I would tell them. I tend to be shy, and so I would maybe write a heartfelt letter but I would never send a fucking text. I'd do that, so that me and my mate could talk and I would have to them the truth and yes it will hurt them and they will get angry at me and cry and shout at me. I would deserve it for doing such a act against them, and for what..not a damn thing... now that is a right out damn shame.. But if I have a mate who has compassion (which they should have, cause that is one of the first things I would expect in my mate), and who has patience, empathy, for me, they would shout kick and stomp the ground and then about 15 minutes later they would of course want to hear "what the hell happened, why I did what the hell I did, you know that space you been talking about, well baby you can be free in your space and I can be here, and so forth.." Tears will come in their eyes, and then silent treatment will go on for around 2 hours (lol, i am serious) they would have forgiven me, BUT they aint finna let me off the hook either (so yes, FML, lol)! They'll tell me they need to process it and not to mess with them for today, not to ask them for anything, that they will never tell me their secrets, or pray for me no more.But after they say that... we part ways... I go into another room and they into another room next to mine... and next thing u know... "MARCUS! MY ARM, MY ARM... OMG I THINK I BROKE IT.. OMG COME QUICK!!" They'll do that act all the damn time too. They'll do that when my heart has been hurt obviously too them and stuff and they literally feel as if I SERIOUSLY will not talk to them anymore, and then suddenly they need help getting a crook out of their neck, or they need water cause they swallowed their medication down the wrong tube or whatever lol!

Anyway.. that is my evening perspective (of course, an unedited to the MAX) for #TuesdayTransformation  6/30/15.
