an overweight woman who still feels beautiful is very admirable. some of the stereotypes that have been written before mine are ridiculous.
 it seems like half the people on this website think anyone who is overweight sits around all day, never gets off their ass, and only moves when they want to go from the couch to the fridge. this is so far from the truth, and i feel the need to set the record straight. most overweight woman... AND men... are normal people walking around living their lives just like anyone else. i'm sure many would be surprised to see the eating habits of an overweight person. it isn't necessarily a person who sits around eating McDonalds all day, so you best get that out of your head.
  i have forced myself to look beyond magazines and the like for answers on what society expects out of me and others no matter wut sizes we each are, and i realize that unconventional and non-traditional can also have beauty in it.
 saying that bbw are a joke because fat is ugly is pointless. the fact that you or everyone on the face of the earth finds them disgusting is not going to make a difference.
 the fact that they are able to rise above that and still feel beautiful is something to be admired.

1. Complaining breeds disgust in those below you:

How many times have I been told this, read it, wrote it down and taped it the hell up on my wall in front of me, prayed for it, meditated for it and wished for my complaining to cease? 

I have done it forever, now I am just going to do it. 

"When an employee or subordinate hears you complain about anything, whether it’s today’s traffic or the deadline you’re struggling to hit, it places unnecessary weight upon their shoulders and builds contempt in the hearts of everyone who follows you."

 The only thing complaining does is convince other people that you are not in control. 

(This is true cause when I complain then I am like pretty much handing over the weight to whoever is around me because it is too much for me to handle for right now and I just need help.However, sometimes people do need help but there are other ways to go about that help and still be the one who is in charge at all times. )

 

2. Speak to people how they need to hear it, not how you want to say it.

 This makes complete sense to me especially when I am in charge of a group of kids, or when I have had to teach older citizens than me here. Especially though when working with people around my age though or maybe even a little bit older, I seem to fall prey to that "baby shit" that people complain and tell me to stop doing but have like this mentality to keep doing. Well, in my therapy I was able to see how I sounded and it was pretty bad lol.. but it was the craziest thing I have ever seen BUT there were no tears like usual and typical of me which my therapist said she had taken note of and is also the reason why I am typing this in now. Like I have a lot of work to do on that, BUT I have noticed that more of the supervisors look at me more now as a leader now because they were asking me to do more than ever before at the center and not only that, I do get tasks done a lot quicker and I don't always have to ask the people around me for help like 40 hours a day! Anyway, I KNOW I was annoying as fuck as a child, but had I have known about this fucking shit going on inside of my head then I could have been able to take medication which would have been monitored even closer. But, my mom does not believe in medication and she didn't want it to hinder my body, or my health, or have a potential to become sterile, etc. it's what had happened to my damn aunt and the meds fucked her up at a early age like around 16 cause she was like going around tearing up phone lines and shit which was freaky af, but anyway, she did become sterile and today, still to this day, it's weird cause even though she was the valedictorian of her school, she LITERALLY never leaves her home for anything. She's not a hoarder, not a drinker or a smoker, not OCD or batshit hyper like me and/or moody like me either. She'll show me her paintings and sometimes my mom too. We are the only ones though cause all the other family members after her mom had died make fun of her - so shekind of just "shuts down" whenever they come around.

And I don't even want to go into whatever the hell happened to Chuck Norris, because I do not even know what the hell made that guy the way he was either.

5. Pizza is very universal as much as it is personal. In truth, there is no such thing as bad pizza though. Pizza is just as good as it needs or should be because even cold pizza is just as good eaten warm, or hot.
